Hello
everyone and thanks for visiting my official website! I hope

IT'S SUMMER! My favorite time of the year. I have a wonderful
running group. We meet 2 to 3 times a week, and run the mountain
trails and river trail. Then it's boot camp in the park. It
is so nice with the sun rising and the birds chirping. :-)
